1. What We Collect

Information Collected Through the Website. When you visit the Website, we automatically collect your IP address, the zip code location associated with that IP address, and clickstream data, and when you choose to receive our email newsletter or contact us, we will collect your name and email address.

Information Collected Through Promotional Activities at the Property. We may collect your name, email address, phone number, and mailing address when you participate in in-person promotional activities.

2. How We Use Information

We use the information that we collect for the following purposes:

• To operate and improve the Website and its functionality;
• To offer Wi-Fi connectivity while visiting the Property;
• To contact those who choose to hear from us about the Property's special events, new services, or other promotions or commercial leasing opportunities that may be of interest to them at the Property;

3. How We Share Information

Information Collected Automatically From Website Visitors. We may share information we automatically gather from you, including your IP address and zip code information derived from your IP address, with analytics service providers to better understand our Website visitors.

Email Newsletter Information. We may share your name and email address with service providers who help us to provide our email newsletters to those who choose to receive them.

5. Wi-Fi Access Services

We offer access to a wireless network for free at this location. You will not need to provide your name, email, or other identifying information to connect to the network. We automatically or passively collect information about how the wireless network services are accessed and used ("Usage Information"). Usage Information may include, among other things, browser type, operating system, the time, the type of content being transmitted (e.g., video content) or application being used, and how many users are connected to the Wi-Fi services. We will not use this network traffic information for any purpose other than to administer the Wi-Fi access, such as to maintain and secure our network and to help you with Wi-Fi access-related questions, or as may be required by law or by law enforcement officers acting under the color of law.

6. Children's Information

The Website does not collect, nor is it directed toward, children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 18, nor do we knowingly distribute such information to third parties. If we become aware that we received personal information from someone under the age of 13, we will take steps to delete such information from our records.
